How do I know how much bacteriostatic water to use when reconstituting my peptide?

You can use our Peptide Calculator to determine how much BAC water you should add based on your vial potency and desired dosing. Most peptides are reconstituted with 1-3 mL of bacteriostatic water.

How fast is shipping after I place my order?

We offer a variety of shipping speeds through UPS, USPS, and FedEx — from ground to overnight delivery. Available options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Can my order be damaged if it freezes during shipping?

Some products are temperature-sensitive and may freeze during transit due to weather conditions. By placing an order, you acknowledge that freezing does not constitute damage, defect, or grounds for a refund or replacement.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping via FedEx. Please note that delivery is not guaranteed for international (OCONUS) shipments. Customs delays, seizures, or delivery failures are beyond our control and are not eligible for refund. International orders require ACH bank transfer payment and a 5% processing fee applies. You will be asked to acknowledge these terms at checkout before placing your order.
